The Client:
Our client, a diversified manufacturing group of companies operating throughout the GCC are currently in expansion mode hence they require a Group General Manager.
The Challenges:
To take charge of the Group.
To lead the General Managers of company to ensure that the SBU’s are profitable..
To reorganize and systemize the organization in such a manner so as to optimize the return on investment.
To gain cohesive insight into the future developments within the region enabling the organization to harness these developments for commercial gain.
To provide leadership to a multi-cultural management team.
The Credentials:
Has a degree level of education, MBA is preferred.
Must have experience with a manufacturing fmcg Group in a similar position.
Demonstrates the ability to forecast forward plans.
Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills to motivate the team with a high drive for achieving results.
Able to identify new business opportunities and develop business in accordance with agreed corporate objectives and directions.
Ensures that highest standards of quality and customer services are maintained.
Good exposure to sales and marketing functions would be a major asset.
